Building in public · live scoreboard below
I'm building a portfolio of businesses in public.
I'm Clint — a husband, dad of three, youth baseball coach, and builder. I'm documenting the process of building software, media businesses, audiences, and eventually a baseball farm — all while working a full-time job. What works, what fails, and the numbers behind it.

The Why
Why I'm doing this
“Most business stories get told backward. Someone succeeds, then explains the five things they knew all along. I'd rather show the middle.”
The goal isn't to build companies for the sake of saying I built companies. I want businesses that give my family more freedom over our time — and one day, a real baseball farm we can grow together.
So this site shows the middle: the experiments that surprise me, the things nobody uses, the numbers while they're still small, and the stuff you can steal for your own build.

02 · Audience
Who's Following Along
Growth across every channel, brand by brand. Platform followers and owned email subscribers are counted separately — they're not the same thing, and I won't pretend they are.

03 · The Work
What I'm Working On
Straight from the build log — real entries, written the day they happen.
04 · The Lab
What I'm Testing
Every tactic gets run as a measurable experiment — hypothesis, baseline, target, result. The wins and the losses both get published.
05 · The Story
The Story So Far
Every meaningful moment in order. Come back in a year and scroll to the beginning.
06 · Output
How Much I'm Publishing
Posting cadence is a first-class number here. Every day I publish, a square fills in.
07 · Velocity
How Fast I'm Shipping
Build Velocity counts meaningful output only — builds shipped, experiments run, content published. Trivial actions don't move it.
08 · Long Term
Where This Is Going
Software funds audience. Audience funds baseball businesses. Baseball businesses fund the farm.
